Terms and Conditions
By ordering with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
- All orders, including vehicles and auto parts, will be delivered to the final shipping destination’s seaport as specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
- Before placing an order, customers are responsible for verifying and adhering to the regulations set by the relevant authorities regarding the importation of automotive goods permitted or restricted in the destination country. Once a purchase has been made, returns or refunds will not be permitted for orders that are refused.
- Pro Auto Mart is responsible for ensuring that the shipment reaches the designated seaport in the country of destination. However, any further transportation beyond the seaport will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Shipment of goods will be arranged only after full payment has been made by the customer and confirmed received by Pro Auto Mart.
- Once the payment is successfully processed, Pro Auto Mart will initiate the shipping process and provide relevant details to the customer regarding the expected arrival time.
- All necessary vehicle documents will be dispatched to the car’s country of destination before the arrival of the vehicle at the designated seaport. The early arrival of documents is intended to facilitate the customs clearance process, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process for the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate and complete the customs clearance process upon arrival of the documents and shipment.
- The name appearing on the vehicle documents will match the name of the customer who made the payment.
- Customers are advised to ensure that their provided details are accurate at the time of purchase to avoid discrepancies. If an error in personal information on car documents is caused by Pro Auto Mart, there will be an opportunity for correction. Such corrections can only be made before the vehicle arrives at the port of entry. Once the car has reached the destination, the customer will be responsible for any further corrections or amendments. Pro Auto Mart’s mandate is limited to delivering the shipment to the designated seaport in the country of destination.
- The final price agreed upon between Pro Auto Mart and the customer [as purchase and shipping costs] does not include customs and taxes incurred at seaport of goods delivery. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay directly with seaport or local authority.
- Any additional costs, processes, or responsibilities beyond the seaport of goods origin, including but not limited to customs clearance at seaport of delivery, inland transportation, taxes, and regulatory compliance, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
